  • Organic wheat grass
  • Probiotic blend
  • Monk Fruit extract
  • Stevia extract

Downsides to Ample K

I don’t have many issues with the product, but would only say these few things.

  • Ample use monk fruit extract and stevia, which some people do not like (my kids are one example). However, I find Ample does not have a stevia like taste at all as some other keto snack products can have.
  • Ample K is not a vegan friendly option for someone on a vegan keto diet as it contains whey and eggs.
  • These Ample K are delicous, which can also be a problem. The problem might be that some people could easily consume 2+ per day as a way to beat the carb withdrawl when you are starting a keto diet for weight loss. This could make them consume too much food in a day along with their other keto foods meals.

How To Use Ample K

  1. Ample K comes as a powder sealed in a recyclable BPA-free bottle
  2. You need to add some water, milk or dairy-free milk alternative up to the top of the label line
  3. Make sure the lid is sealed tight before shaking the bottle to mix the contents
  4. Keep shaking until you get a creamy consistency with no powder visible at the bottom of the bottle
  5. Top up the bottle with a little bit more with your desired liquid
  6. Drink and enjoy

Summary

Ample K is a good ketogenic diet friendly meal replacement shake product for those looking for a recommended option or an alternative to your current brand.

If you are concerned about going green and environmentally friendly then don’t only buy the recyclable plastic bottles. You should rather buy the bulk powder pack option.

I have had the pleasure to visit the company HQ and interview the CEO and I can tell they are passionate about delivering a high quality food product that doesn’t contain a lot of nasty ingredients.

I like how the company is open and transparent when asked about things on their product.

I can still easily recommended Ample K to family, friends and anyone following Biohackers Lab.
